Punch List
If you are selling your home let us take care of the electrical items on your punch list so you can focus on your new home. Common issues are GFCI receptacles missing or not working properly, AFCI required circuits not installed or gas CSST not bonded. Whatever the issue we can get it fixed quickly so you can move forward with your sale.

240V Outlets, Circuits, & Cords
Shertzer Electric can install 240V outlets and circuits for your electric clothes dryer, cook-top and range, water heater, or even a dedicated outlet for a garage heater or welding receptacle. We can also install the proper cord and plug on your appliance or equipment to make sure it is completely compatible.

Panel Upgrade
Providing upgrades to outdated panels for both safety and additional spacing. We can also provide a service upgrade if additional capacity is need for an addition or large load add-on, such as tankless water heater or EV charging.
Note: If you have a Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel please contact us or another licensed electrical contractor to have it replaced as soon as possible. These panels are unreliable and a fire hazard.
